Life Is A Sine Wave

Understand the process of time
See how it twists and turns in rhyme

Go through it day by day, hour by hour
Sometimes a bud, sometimes a flower

And though there will be thorns and stones
Make sure to get all the meat off the bones

You want the things you want right now
Trust this ‘time’, you will figure somehow

Every second has its ups and downs
Ask an ocean how long a month sounds

“There’s no perfect sine wave,” it will say
“That fact to me is as clear as day”

“But the wave that comes and hits your feet,
Will be the most perfect wave you will ever meet.”
